You have no technical knowledge and want to start a blog (and you want it to be your own blog on your own domain name so that you have full control and flexibilty).

Where do you start?

Caroline Middlebrook wrote an excellent book (completely free) that got me started, and that I’m still referring to as I make improvements to this blog.

I can’t vouch for the value of her whole idea of turning WordPress blogs into profitable “niche sites” since I have not tried that, but her book is a great resource even if all you want to do is start a regular blog.
